Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

Pinpoint Homes (pinpoint.homes, "we," "us," "our") operates a real estate marketplace where individuals and agencies list, browse, and compare properties in North Macedonia and the wider region. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. The Service

Pinpoint Homes is a listings platform, not a party to any property sale or rental. We don't broker, negotiate, or guarantee any transaction between a buyer/tenant and a seller/landlord — you deal with the other party directly, at your own discretion and risk. We're also not a licensed real-estate agency, and nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts created through a rental invite are limited to the tenant features described at signup and can't be used to publish listings or register a company.

4. Listings & Content

You're responsible for the accuracy of any listing, description, price, or photo you publish. Listings are reviewed before going live, and we may reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise inappropriate. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the platform (and, for approved listings, to share it to our public Facebook Page).

5. Credit Bundles & Boost Purchases

Some features — publishing beyond the free tier, and boosting a listing's visibility — require listing credits or boost credits. These are sold as one-time bundles: you pay once and the credits are added to your account with no recurring or automatic charge. Credits don't expire, but they have no cash value, aren't transferable between accounts, and aren't redeemable for a refund except where required by law or at our discretion for a bundle that was never delivered due to a technical error on our side.

Payments are processed by AgentaOS, our payment processor and merchant of record. AgentaOS is the seller on record for these purchases, handles payment processing, applicable tax, and issues your receipt/invoice. We never see or store your card details. These payments cover platform credits only — they are separate from, and have nothing to do with, the price of any property listed on the site.

6. Prohibited Use

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Impersonating another person or company, or misrepresenting your affiliation with one.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automating access to the platform outside its published APIs.
• Uploading content that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, defamatory, or abusive.
• Attempting to circumvent credit enforcement, security controls, or account restrictions.

7. Marketing Services

Optional marketing services (social ads, video production, SEO landing pages) shown on the pricing page are quoted and delivered separately after you submit an enquiry — they're not purchased through the automated checkout described in Section 5.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pinpoint Homes name, logo, and site design are our property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users, and we're not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction or interaction between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. Unused credits on a terminated account are forfeited, except where that's required otherwise by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
